He held a fairly big gathering at his house while we were there, and the deck was the talk of the party. It was large, beautiful, and crafted magnificently. He said that the general contractors at Silver Creek Homes had built if for him after he bought his house. I have to say, if I lived in the area, I'd have them build me one! Anyway, nice job. I have to give you 5 stars. I can't comment on price, because I don't know what he paid, but the quality was there. That's what I based my review on.

We learned of this after they completely skinned the wall. We asked them to rough in a ceiling light when they had the drywall off one side prior to re-drywalling, and no we are unable to find where they roughed it to. Now I need to hire an electrician to fix the mess and a drywall contractor to fix the wall again. When they re dry walled, there's no way they put any barrier to stop the dust and debris from reaching other parts of the house. My entire home, basement to 2nd floor, was nothing but a mess and a cloud of dust. It was a horrible experience and I could never, in good faith, recommend this contractor. Jeff and staff had no empathy nor did they care one bit about my home and the mess. I'm sick that this continues to be an issue, and now that I'm in the process of selling my home, it's even more of an issue for the new buyer.

Initially, we were scheduled for June (about 5 weeks from when we signed the contract) but got moved up because it worked better for their scheduling, no complaints on our end. This company was contracted by Liberty Home Guard to fix my furnace. The owner came out and…read morereplaced a part and then tried to sell my daughter a service contract. Needless to say, the furnace was not fixed and so she called them back and was told he would be out the next day, Saturday, and see what was wrong. Long story short, that evening he told her he was too wrapped up in a house wiring project and wouldn't be able to make it. It was in the lower 50's at the time and expected to drop below freezing. At present, I have no confidence this person will fix the problem and have lodged a complaint with Liberty Home Guard about contracting with this person ever again.

Also, it's now been 1 & 1/2 weeks later and he still won't come back and fix the washer. he hasn't sent me a receipt either. I have been hounding him by phone messages and texts, and have only talked to him twice. He makes statements claiming he'll get right back to me with a date and time, but then blows me off! I don't think it's fair to keep on starting new jobs, when you haven't finished the one you said you fixed!!! I have now been without my washer for 3 &1/2 weeks and if he has so many jobs he can't keep up, then maybe he shouldn't take on so many! I mean... is it to much to ask to get what you pay for? From a very unhappy customer!
