My experience with them has been great. From the initial calls, all of their communications and then the actual execution have been flawless. I have used them for family members as well as myself. Both of my drivers; Thomas and Luke were very professional. The ride was comfortable. Both were on time. Poor Luke had to lug my huge suitcase with broken wheels to the car. We were visiting my son in Magnolia and needed transportation back to IAH. C&S was a great black car experience. Jose arrived early and was very patient while we hugged the grandkids (over and over) and said our goodbyes. Car was spotless and comfortable. Jose provided me with a new disposable mask for the airport when mine broke. We will definitely use C&S next time we are in the area. We booked transfers with C & S for our family coming from Chicago, but then had to cancel the day before due to a COVID infection. The manager, Frank, was very accommodating and gracious about the cancellation. He did not charge us anything and wished us all well. He also offered the most competitive pricing out of several companies in the area. We will definitely rebook with them when we need services in the future. read more

I randomly found these guys in the Woodlands yellow pages when I needed to find a new car service because the old one I used was rude and often fell asleep while driving me on early morning or late night pick-ups. Very good business. These guys are very professional with exceptionally clean cars. No time is too early or late for them. They are timely and courteous always offering to open my door for me or take my bag although I don't really expect it at 6'1 200 pounds. I would recommend them to anyone in the Houston area or traveling to Houston for your transportation needs. read more

Was picked up for trip and while in motion the vehicle had a tire blown out the driver did great of controlling the vehicle. But what was disturbing I heard the officer that was on scene says he thinks it looked like a retread tire that's why it blew. read more

Very good. I was picked up twice, by c& s, from the hobby airport to a hotel in the woodlands. $95 per trip. No tips needed. The drivers came in suits, very professional, and had my name displayed on an ipad. Very courteous, always shows up early. Opens the door for me and takes my bags. I never traveled with much, so I just put it in the back seat. The second time I was picked up, the driver even told me I could charge my phone, they have extra office supplies, and all these extra stuff. Pretty impressed. The drivers are all very talkative, there is not a barrier between you and the driver. Very good scheduling and you can do last minute changes. The only downer is the drivers are sometimes a bit too talkative, usually when I am travelling for business I just want to sit back and unwind haha. But anyway, this car service beats taking the taxi any day. Very clean, spacious and did not get me to have motion sickness. read more

Used the shuttle service to a wedding I went to and thought it was great! The driver was courteous and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I had a cooler I was bringing back from the wedding and he graciously offered to put it in a safe spot so I could sit more comfortably. He drove efficiently and made the drive all the more enjoyable with a bus full of excited guests who engaged in good conversation with him too! read more
