"Refill and Save"…read more This is a great place if you tend to get through a lot of printer ink - either personally or commercially - you save a great deal of money by having your old cartridge refilled rather than buying a complete new one, and it's better for the environment too! The handy thing, about going to the friendly Westbury guys, is of course that they refill your cartridge there and then (give or take a small queue) rather than sending it off to an online company and having to wait for it to be posted back. Westbury Inks also provide paper and other basic stationary, printing / copying facilities, SD memory cards, as well as printer repairs.

They're fairly new in this shop, being here for about a year, and seem to be doing pretty well. The staff are helpful, and are pretty useful on the phone too, giving quotes very speedily and getting our order under way at a fast rate. They have a long list of services advertised on the front window - I needed some flyers when I used them, but they'll pretty much do anything of a commercial or private nature - even cashing in on the festive season with personalised christmas card printing.

Out Of Hand claim to demonstrate staff are doing their jobs by getting them to send you selfies at the beginning and end of the booked shifts. But our photos show their staff did not actually work for the allotted time. When we performed a check, at 6pm on 24 March 2017 at Bethnal Green Tube Station, we found no sign of the Out Of Hand distributors we had booked to work from 5pm - 7pm. When we contacted Out Of Hand's commercial director Nigel Muntz we were at first told the distributors had all "gone to get a bottle of water". We acquired photographic evidence showing the distributors were not present at the location and we waited until 7pm to confirm they did not return to complete any part of the shift.

Little did I know that I'd be charged for sending them an email! Anyway, I asked them to print off one copy, which they did, but it came out on really thin paper and the ink looked a little blotchy. So I asked for it to be done again on thicker paper. This copy came out really well so I was happy, until the price came; £3.10!!! Now, I know £3.10 in the grand scheme of things isn't a lot of money, but I was charged 30p for sending them an email, 20p for the first piece of paper, 30p for the next and the rest for printing it - ridiculous! Who charges for accepting an email? Sorry Cartridge Right, but never again!

Their name suggests just an ink cartridge provider (which they are, and with a very good range too), but they do more than that. They also repair broken computers, run PC health checks and can upgrade your system for very competitive prices. If you're feeling environmentally conscious, you can also recycle old cartridges here. I really like their attitude to their business too; they went independent around 18 months ago from being a franchise and now run a little Bristol based business in order to keep prices low and customers happy. The staff in the shop are always really helpful, even if they have a lot on their hands.

While I believe they are a good printers and will give you something that looks and feels like it has been professionally printed, the level of service that I received just was not good enough. They have tolerated my emergency cutting of card on their guillotines and found solutions to most of my paper-based problems. After doing some recent research and getting some pretty hefty quotes I discovered that as far as I can gather Service Point are the cheapest printers of business cards in Cardiff and they look proper quality, great resolution and colour density. They're a discrete shop, easy to miss, but well worth a visit. Not only good value and range of services, but they're friendly and accommodating too.
