Cody and his team were fantastic! We have a Rachio sprinkler system and when 3 of our zones went down Cody really came through for us. He was able to squeeze us into his schedule a couple days later. He was able to quickly troubleshoot and diagnose our problem of a faulty wire harness. He replaced and adjusted the sprinkler heads that were running and then came back another day after getting the needed supplies to finish off the job of digging and laying the new wire. Cody's communication was superb. He gave us updates throughout the process with phone calls and text messages, and sending us photos and video when we were not available to see what needed to be done. To start, Very vague. Horrible response times. They need to act like they want business. Communicate necessary information and respond in a timely manner. Wouldn't show up because it "rained" the previous day and grass would be wet. Except literally 3 other neighbors gardeners were cutting their grass. No showed twice and then gave the excuse our grass was wet, except, they didn't show, and the grass wasn't wet. Told me they'd come later in the week since they missed my day, they didn't. Then they failed to come on my scheduled day the following week. I got bills for weeks they never showed. I emailed them to terminate service and they couldn't even be bothered to email me back, try to keep my business, apologize, or act like an actual business. I really tried to be patient with these guys but unfortunately I was ghosted and the work was never completed. I contacted Cody for a quote for general yard sprucing and weed control. Also removal of one small tree. He gave me a quote in person and we agreed. He came out 8/21/24 to do the work but left half way through the job. He did not come back to do another portion of the work on 9/6. When I contacted Cody to pay, the price had increased $100 but he promised to come back and remove the tree and trim my hedges out front, as it had not been done yet. I paid Cody in good faith he would come back to remove the tree. Several months past and I contacted Cody a handful of times to see if the tree removal would happen. I got answers that ranged from "in a few days" to "next week". Eventually I was ghosted..... The tree was never removed and I had to pay someone else to finish the work. read more

Two no-shows with no communication. Their excuse was that they "couldn't load their Yelp" yet they had my email address on file and didn't even try to get in touch. When I asked them if they'd still be doing this service, Cody said they'd be by that day but they were a no-show with no communication for the second time. My service request was simple. Blow the sprinkler lines. Cody scheduled 3 pm 25th of October 2024 to come out. 3:30 came by i reached out to see if they were still coming, he responded with were trying to make it that way. It's now almost 6am next day with no communication since. At this point am I to assume you'll just show up today, sunday sometime next week. Something should of been said verse nothing at all. I'm an operations manager for a huge company. If I didn't communicate things like this to people I would lose customers quick and or not have a job.
