Unfortunately, moss removal was work they did not perform. Despite that, Sebastian went onto my roof to assess the situation. He informed me that my roof was still in good shape and did not see the need to replace it. He did refer me to another company. His integrity, along with his timely response, was much appreciated. I will definitely reach out to him to replace my roof when it is needed.

The patio and retaining wall look great. The project took longer than expected, but those delays were all on our side. We took longer than we should have to make various decisions about light fixtures, etc. We also changed the scope of the project a few times, adding more areas of walkways that we decided needed to be refinished with the stamped concrete. We would recommend KBR for any project that you might have. Karen was great to work with and even when we were not following through with things on our end, she never lost her cool with us and was very patient waiting for us to come to decisions on things. My company is not local, so we trusted his word and photos. He took strategic photos to make the work look more complete than it was. After he was paid, the local agent confirmed how shoddy the work was, and there was an entire bathroom remodel that the contractor skipped. He now will not return any calls, emails or text messages.
