Jan19 2021 my windshield was Brocken by driver Kenny's Truck # 113. Kenny confirmed Caruso Excavation would fix my windshield when Police were called after a 2 mile trip trying to get your driver Kenny to pull over. Talked to Jacob @ Caruso who refused to give his last name, was a classic run a round telling me I can't prove it, go through my insurance, claiming I'm too upset & need to calm down. I am calm. I have a Police report. It is an eye opener to see how Caruso conducts business. That broken windshield of a 56 year old disabled veteran will cost you much more than it could have.I am leaving a detailed account with Yelp & Consumer Affairs/Attorney General (Complaint against CARUSO EXCAVATION BUSINESS LICENSE#) I will make sure your RESPONSE IS KNOWN by as many as possible.
