An amazingly nice person, i had made an error and thought i had a virus on my computer. I texted the C-cat text line and explained to him what I thought was a virus to which he welcomed me and made me feel that the problem i had could be fixed and that it would not be a grand issue. I later found out it was not a virus. I was in need of repair on two laptops. I seen that reviews were very good here so figured I would give it a try. I made an appointment through the website, which was very easy. I got a text confirming my appointment right away. When I arrived Carlos was very friendly and welcoming. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained things so I could understand. I appreciate a small, independent repair shop over the big guys like Best Buy. C-Cat is located in part of a gas station. I found them when I pulled in one day for gas. It's actually quite roomy inside the shop; better accommodations than other places I have seen. The owner, Carlos, is very personable and friendly.
