The price for just moving some wires (not that I could do it myself but seems a little high) I also don't get how it worked for eleven years and stopped if the wires were like that originally. Would give more than 5* if possible here. As everyone reading this probably lives in the DC/NoVa area, you know how hot and humid it gets in June and July. Well, our Vents started smelling like smoke and our AC Unit stopped pushing air through in the middle of one of those "feels like 100" days. We put out a Request a Quote on Yelp and CD's responded quick, I called Connor and then texted him photos of the issue. Within 10 minutes, his tech Brandon called me and told me he was on the way over. Everyone else who responded said they couldn't get out same day. Brandon came by, took a look at the issue, and explained it to me very clearly. He had the replacement parts on hand, wet vac'd the unit (the capacitor got fried due to a clog in a line leaking) and replaced everything in under an hour.
