I've never personally met Carter, Mark and the crew because I'm from the west coast so everything was done electronically. They transported antique tractors and other equipment for me in a real professional manner from and to 6-7 different states. Terrible business practices, will change stuff up on your based on if he likes you that day or not, gave us a shitty trailer that we had to pay out of pocket to fix, then decided to raise the monthly rent on it and then take it back because I spent $7.4k fixing it from previous rust, corroded battery box, brakes, and he told me that that all happened in the less than 4 months I had it, so I was reliable for it. He told me it was inspected yearly and it hasn't been inspected that year or the year prior. Because I spent all of my money fixing his trailer I could not pay him in time for the rent. We Decided to terminate the contract and now he's wanting to add new things in contracts that were never there. Don't waste your time, go with a reputable and trustworthy company. He charged us $900 a month, we dropped this contract and are already picking up a new trailer 2025 under warranty for $400 a month. Save your time and money!!! read more
