Great mix of soundtracks, metal, and classic rock records. You can easily spend all day here going through the stacks.

Absolutely terrible experience from beginning to end…read more First, they screwed up the pricing on their website on an item. I thought I had found a good deal on a float coat just to receive an email the next day saying they were unable to honor the price. OK, fine. I'll pay the difference. So then I wait for the item to arrive just to receive it - and realize they shipped the wrong size! I have to specifically ask them to cover return shipping due to their mistake. At this point, I'm not confident of their capabilities as a business, so I ask for a refund on the returned item. They are now refusing to issue it! They've acknowledged they owe me the money, they acknowledge they received the item - but are now somehow convinced (and refuse to listen to anything to the contrary) that I filed a dispute on my credit card. While I can imagine anyone dealing with Lynn probably would need to go that route to stop the madness, I have not disputed the charge and have submitted proof of no claims. Now he's telling me I need to wait for a refund until next Tuesday (two weeks after they received the returned coat) for him to show me a letter that proves I filed a dispute. Oy vey - I'm interested to see what this letter says because God knows, it has nothing to do with any dispute I filed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

Instead of trying to sell us anything, they put a repairman, Curtis, on the phone. After what I told him about the refrigerator, he diagnosed it and told me he'd order the part and have it installed in a couple of days. Their service, kindness, and professionalism was impeccable. The refrigerator is humming along for about 7% of what I would have paid for a new refrigerator. If you live in the Mount Vernon, Ohio and surrounding area, and you need a repairman, or a second opinion, come to Herald's. They'll treat you right.

The quality and workmanship of their hive boxes was like no other. Robert uses select grade lumber, little to no knots or blemishes. We purchased two complete hives and two of the top feeders. They also have better prices than any other bee supply companies. We also purchased a nuc from Little LaRue Apiary. When I opened the top it was full of healthy beautiful Italian honey bees. It was so full of bees it was overflowing. When my mentor saw the pictures of my nuc she said, "that is a VERY nice nuc".
