I came home one day to find all my plants were removed with no plan for the new landscaping, pricing, etc. As far as topping cypress trees, they were only partially done, he topped half the trees on my property and never completed the remaining half, leaving a fair amount of trees several feet higher than the rest. These are border trees and are supposed to be the same height.
