Never had a problem with them.. have gone in multiple times for new masks and supplies... they can even ship stuff to my house if I'm not able to get to the store and they just send me the bill. Very convenient read more

Worse customer service I've ever experienced. Received 4 bills that I couldn't figure out what they were for. Each time I visited the store and they said they would look into it. The third time they told me NOT to pay the bill until I heard from them. NEVER RECEIVED ANY CONTACT. The 4th bill now was turned over to the collection agency and when I went in, they got an attitude with me claiming it was my stupidity since it was the payment for the machine and not supplies. Not sure how that works since they never got back to me. Now a week later (3/22) and I just received another bill for SUPPLIES that they said were included with the purchase of the new machine. Came into store for the first time because I needed a new head strap. I didn't have all the necessary info from my doctor's office in order for it to go through my insurance. Katie gave me a free sample head strap to use in the meantime. So thankful. I look forward to doing business with them in the future as my cpap supplier! read more

Awful customer service! I have tried twice to get set up with a cpap machine, and never heard back from them. They tell me that they will check a few things with the doctor, and then never call back. And yes, they had the script sent to them by the doctor. Find a different place to do business with, because they apparently don't want or need yours. read more

I had a very negative experience with C-Pap Xpress. The people you communicate with as a customer for billing and to schedule an appointment are not local. The customer is kept on hold for long periods of time. I have spoken to people who had crying children and other distractions in the background resulting in them needing to put me on hold yet another time. I was often put on hold only for a different person to answer the phone which resulted in the whole process and conversation around billing stating over. I was given a price and then when I went in to obtain the C-Pap machine the price was higher. The therapist that worked with me on understanding the machine, Brian, was impatient and was lacking in constructive social or customer service skills. He became irritated when I asked a question and told me he could not allow me to purchase the equipment after an appointment that ran for over an hour. I would not recommend this company including the Williamsville, NY, location as it does not value its customers. read more

This place is terrible! Took almost 2 months to put our insurance through after we told them we needed it dealt with before the first of the year due to high deductibles. Had to call them over 7 times and eventually just walked away and went elsewhere. read more
