Carmen Olguin will not return her clients calls. She's a very unprofessional paralegal from this firm. She scheduled an appointment with my father who's her client and did not show up. Has been ghosting and dodging him for months. It would be better to just be upfront. If this continues we will escalate the situation until it is made right. These people were so quick to talk to us and call us when it came to taking our money but once we hired them. It was so hard to get in contact with the "legal team". I want to emphasize that we worked with them for 2 months and not a single time did I speak to an actual attorney about our case. We came to them because they helped my dad obtain his work permit so we thought they were credible. However, once he got detained by ICE they did NOTHING to help him. They collected $2000 from me and wanted $22000 to help get him out. Every time I called for an update they kept giving me the run around saying the process takes long and that they have no info or documents to share with me. Every hearing my dad had they would say nothing to defend him every hearing was a different attorney that I've never met. My dad at this point has been detained for 2 months. I chose to terminate bc the last time I spoke to Wannamaker, the paralegal Karintia Hobbs said his next hearing would be his last and there would be no more hearings. I followed my intuition and terminated my contract with them and went to another firm. THE NEW FIRM GOT MY DAD OUT IN 3 WEEKS. This law firm is a complete scam. After agreeing that we had a good case they agreed to represent me once I made my first payment. Once I made payment they decided to no longer respond to ANY of my calls. I called everyday for weeks and they would promise to call me back the next day. It's been a month and finally today someone answered. This was after I went off on them after again getting told that no one can speak to me at the moment. I'm filling a complaint with BBBif you have had the same issue I urge you to do the same. These people do not care how sensitive your case is they take your money and then leave you scared, anxious and worry for your loved one. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS. Esta firma de 'abogados"" solo quiere tu dinero! No le importa tu situacion, nunca, nunca puedes hablar con algún abogado, todo es bajo los empleado y servicio a el cliente , te cobran hasta $13,000 dolares y quiza mas si te dejas, no estan a el pendiente de tu caso , no estan a el pendiente de tus documentos, te pierden tus documentos fisicos que les envias, te acosan diciendote que necesitan que termines de enviar tus documentos cuando ellos no revisan lo que tu haz enviado y siguen enviandote el mismo mensaje todo el tiempo, solo es un mensaje ya grabado, nunca puedes ni hablar con un paralegal y no te regresan tu dinero si estas insatisfecho o te das cuenta que son un fraude, yo reclame mi dinero y no me quisieron regresar $2,500 dólares, llame a mi banco para reclamar mi dinero y ellos enviaron pruebas de el contrato para pelear por mi dinero!! Tengo las pruebas que les pedi hablar con un abogado y nunca lo hicieron, lo que si hicieron es hacerme perder la fe en algún buen abogado de inmigración que triste que sean tan avariciosos y pelean solo por tener nuestro dinero, a ellos no les importan los clientes solo quieren tu dinero, te engañan y cuando tu no te das cuenta y piesas que todo esta bien te piden que les ayudes con un buen review y al final solo es para seguir engañando a la gente y que piensen y crean que son buenos abogados, estoy buscando la forma de quejarme de ellos a el burew de abogados y contemplando una demanda encontra de esta firma!
