Friday morning, January 24, 2020, a 3-man crew from CT Veach Landscaping Company came to remove the snow. Two men had shovels and one man drove a pick-up truck with a snowplow. Chuck Veach is the owner of the company and is contracted to do landscaping and snow removal. (One complaint I read about Mr. Veach is that if a potential customer is Black or Latino, he refuses to contract his service--the 3-man crew on this job today were Latinos). I gave only a 1-star rating because the two men with shovels just watched the snowplow truck. They did not shovel/clear the sidewalk (this is the second time they did not clear the sidewalk-the first was in December 2019). I would like to thank C.T. Veach for coming out today to cut my overgrown lawn when I was in a pinch. Justin was very understanding in regard to me not having a contract with them this year and sent his guys out right away! Do not use this company! They will not return your calls. I followed up to make sure my message was received. I didn't receive any kind of a call back. My neighbor was told they would come out to look at his tree for service. They never showed up. This company's service is atrocious! read more
