(Center of Palma, Mallorca, Spain, June 2023). Stopped for lunch to check this famous fully vegan restaurant near Palma cathedral. We tried daily menu ( menu del dia) that included a choice of rice&mixed salad or beet root&orange juice as a starter, then gazpacho (cold soup) or cream of sweet potato &celery root ( hot soup), the main course - spinach lasagna or potato&mashrooms pie and desert ( apple cake or carrots&coconut balls).
The food was good (solid 4) but nothing memorable. Mixed salad was a bit on a salty side. Gazpacho missed a kick and was pretty watery and blah. Spinach lasagna was creamy and good, potatoe pie was ..... well.... Lots of potatoes. My vegan partner loved it, I am not and the food was ok to me but nothing that would make me come back. Great option for vegans though.
Friendly service, some English. Get here by foot. It is literally across the side of Palma cathedral and parking is hard to find ( we parked in the underground parking in front of cathedral) read more
