Save yourself the trouble and go with another company. Thought it would be easier to go through this company for new cabinets and cou ter tops. I was wrong. First they "forgot" to add the cabinet handles, so they were not added. The installers showed up sometime around 3 to install, so that took extra days to install. Still waiting on the handles to be delivered and added to the cabinets. Now the counter people keep asking me via email about measurements and if I want to add backsplash? Umm.....this is not my job sir, it's yours to measure and yes I wanted a back splash. Apparently Cabinets to go "forgot" to add that also! It's been a month now and still this job is not done. Just save yourself the trouble and go with another company. read more

To Anyone considering Buying from Cabinets to Go, DONT!!!!! Run and Go somewhere else. Ive been back and forth with Customer Service both on the phone and on line since October 2020 trying to get a few damaged door fronts replaced. Bad service with this company started with the Salesman who designed my kitchen wrong even after I paid to get it measured and a cabinet didnt fit causing me to have to tear down a wall, or reorder and wait for a much smaller cabinet and have a lot of ulgy filler. Once installed, a few door front were scratched and chipped so I had to contact customer service with a detailed explanation and photos. They have no issues in selling you items, no issues in recommending installers but boy do they have issues in replacing damaged parts in a timely manor. Had I read bad reviews I would have gone elsewhere and now Im stuck with chipped and scratched kitchen cabinets in what should have been a lovely new kitchen for the last 4 Months. Disgusting and Unacceptable. If I could afford to rip out the whole thing and drop it at their door I would. read more

This has to be the worst Company ever for Customer service! You order cabinets and pay in full and then you wait...and wait. Then when the cabinets come in, some are broken and the lazy Susan doesn't fit! It has been a month and we have called and called and we hear nothing. No one answers you no one knows anything. This was a whole kitchen remodel so we can't even move into our new home because there's no water, no sink, no flooring in the kitchen! We are paying for a home we can't move into and this company just doesn't care! The sales women has made her commission so she could care less. She is from the Blaine Cabinets To Go. Absolute garbage cabinets. These are a 5 year life span cabinet. Nothing that comes from china is worth spit. Their sign on the showroom wall states they are the best but after you get these and find out what a piece of junk they are you will see what junk they are. If they were gonna give me these cabinets and install for free....you got the wrong house. Just remember the moldy drywall issue years ago, unrelated to ctg, but point is that drywall was made in china and 1000's of homes had to be gutted from the poor quality that comes from china. Do yourself a favor and have a local cabinet maker make you some lifetime cabinets for just bit more. read more

The installer has no idea of what a stud finder is. He put holes in my ceiling, inside the cabinets, around the cabinets and in locations there weren't cabinets. I told cabinetstogo that I didn't want those installers back because of the unprofessionalism and he returned. So when I saw him I pointed out and questioned his work, his response was "are you going to put up a back splash? That should cover it." In regards to the hole in the ceiling and messed up paint work on the walls, his response was "you're just trying to find issues.". I've reached out to the office, customer reps, and 1800#. I just get "I will have someone call you". NO ONE EVER CALLS!!! But they have no problem taking your money to pay for the cabinets. It has gotten to the point were I call everyday until they get off their butts and do something. This is the worse - I wish there was a rating lower than 1 star! Months later and I still can't move into my home all thanks to cabinetstogo! read more

When I signed my contract and paid for my order, Shelia asked me if I would write a review on Yelp, here it is Shelia. Late last year, my wife and I decided to do a major renovation of our home prior to putting it up for sale this year (2018). A large part of the renovation was a complete gut and rebuild of our 25 year old kitchen. I put out to bid the entire job of painting our entire downstairs (2400 sq feet), new flooring throughout the downstairs area and new cabinets, counter tops and back splash in the kitchen. I had no idea what that would cost and was surprised when the bids started coming back and all were over $60K. When we built our home originally, I acted as Owner/Builder and feel comfortable with most aspects of what needed to be done. I actually built all of the Cabinetry in the house when it was built. With that said, I decided to purchase some RTA cabinets. I got numerous quotes from different companies. Cabinets to Go (hereafter CTG) came back as the lowest quote. I did as much research as I could and figured that most RTA cabinets were pretty much the same in regards to quality. I went to the CTG website and found the closest store to me, which is in San Bernardino, CA. I sent a message requesting a quote. I received a message back within a day or two from Shelia Bishop. I had already put together a drawing of the layout of our current kitchen along with all measurements. I had also taken pictures of the current kitchen. Per request, I sent everything to Shelia. While this was going on, I was in contact with several other companies doing the same thing. Shelia was great to work with, however all of the other designers were great too. As we contacted each other with questions and corrections, the design came together. Once satisfied with the layout, I requested quotes from each company. As the quotes started coming in, it was obvious that CTG was going to be the lowest bid. They beat the next lowest price by nearly $2K. I decided to go with CTG in an attempt to keep the costs down and I really didn't think that the quality difference between RTA cabinets were that different. Just before I paid for the cabinets, I discovered that Shelia was located at their Lawrenceberg, Tennessee store. I guess that it was as much my fault as theirs for not knowing this, but I know I sent the original message to the San Bernardino store, not to Tennessee. Can't complain too much about the shipping, it wasn't free but not real expensive and fairly quick. That's where the whole fairy tale ends. I was contacted by the shipping company, a fairly large well known company. They stated my order was there and they wanted to deliver. The day they wanted to deliver I had a previous appointment in the morning and I told them I would not be home until about 1:30pm. For some reason the appointment ended early and I arrived home about noon. Not even ten minutes later the truck pulled up. My load was the last one on the truck. Immediately I could see that several of the packages were severely damaged. The truck driver was very impatient and just wanted me to sign off, but I made him wait until I opened every package to document the damage. In the end, both island panels were demolished and several pieces of trim I had ordered were broken. I did the best I could to check each cabinet package, but it would have taken hours to open every one completely to see if there was damage. I made sure that the ones that had outside carton damage were opened to see if the contents were wrecked. I found a couple of minor things that I knew I could take care of, so I let them pass. I eventually had all the badly damaged pieces replaced. That process wasn't too bad, took a couple of weeks. As I worked on the other renovations I mentioned earlier, the cabinets sat in my storage room in the packaging. When I finally got to the point where I could work on the kitchen, I started putting the cabinets together. The cam lock system works great if they are put in the correct spot. Unfortunately for me, many were not where they should have been. I had to pry many of them off and glue and nail panels and face frames together. Nearly every single side, bottom and top panel were warped, bowed or misshapen. If I didn't have experience as a cabinet maker, I would have been up the creek without a paddle. Numerous pre-drilled holes were not where they should be, face frames were cracked (not from shipment damage) and misaligned. Needless to say, that $2K savings really wasn't worth it. One cabinet in particular was so bad, that every panel did not fit together properly, it took me hours to get it together to the point that it was acceptable. If you're looking for a suggestion on which company to buy RTA cabinets from, I can tell you who I would stay away from, I'm sure you can guess who that is. read more
