I spent €90 to get a check…read moreup (told what work I needed done) and then as I told my dentist that I was headed back to berlin, where I live, I asked if I could have a copy of my xrays and what treatment was needed to show my dentist there. I was promised that I would be emailed this information. I waited for 13 days to receive an email from the dentist with the xrays but no copy of the treatment I needed to have done. I emailed back asking if I could have this information (as promised) forwarded on. I waited 4 days and still no reply. I then sent a second email asking if he could please send this on. I have now waited another 4 days. I am being completely ignored! I am a professional and to completely ignore someone after they have paid for your services and you have promised them a copy of their treatment is so rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this practice because of this complete disregard, in my eyes, to a patient after their treatment.

From the initial consult to the procedure itself, everyone was extremely accommodating and explained everything throughly. The office is really nicely set-up from the coffee machine in the waiting room to the big-screen in the operating area. The staff are cool as well; how many other dentists are going to put on Film4 for you to watch while they drill away?!

He came across as pretentious rather than professional, and I felt uncomfortable throughout the visit. One of his first questions was when I was planning to start treatment and make payment. Once he realised I was still at the research and consultation stage, he seemed to lose interest and simply lowered the chair. No oral examination was carried out, which I found disappointing for an initial consultation.
