Now this wasn't the first time this had happened,non is it the second time. I even happened to have greeted one of the employee and she just looked at me and walked away. I wasn't sure if it was because of the colour of my skin or what not, but not once have I done shopping at spotlight in Gepps Cross and left happy, am always leaving being upset for the way I was treated. The trouble is that to reach these prices they have to cut corners, and hence there is only a suggestion of staffing, not the reality of a properly staffed store. The money you save needs to be balanced by standing in a queue for 20 minutes to checkout, and then being told that in order to gain said discount you have to be mugged of your personal data in order to join their "Club".
