Beware of this company. It's a scam. They say you have won from a draw you entered at some show (everybody wins). They harass you relentlessly until you agree to go to there 1.5 hr sales pitch by luring you with a "guaranteed prize". They say there are 6 different prizes and you will receive one guaranteed if you attend 1.5 hr sales pitch (turns into 2 hrs). 5 of the prizes sound worthwhile and the 6th one is a crappy Florida hotel stay at a cheap hotel off season with a normal rate of only $59/night anyway. They charge you taxes and other fees and in the end you pay what you would have anyhow. Newsflash: Everyone wins the Florida vacation. I looked in the draw drum when the lady running it went to get something...and ALL the tickets are marked #1 which is the Florida vacation. They collect your personal financial info and sell it. That's how they make their money. Of course if you are dumb enough to sign on for their $8 k membership (which turns into $12 k in the end)...then they make that money too. First off I signed up to win a BBQ at the Toronto Auto show. Worst mistake ever. Somehow my info ended up in these people hands and they must have called me like 10+ times. The caller ID shows up as Route5 so ignore it. Anyways, they claimed that I won one of six prices and guess what. The one which I won was the vacation. Just to give you some insight. We went for 11:30AM and got out of there like 3 PM. This was suppose to last 90 mins. They claim that they can save you all type of money. If you are smart, you will see the program is a sham. They show vacations without airfares, Caribbean vacation without all inclusive and a bunch of other stuff. So here is what it will cost you to sign up for this super deal. APPROXIMATELY $8000 for their ultimate deal for 25 years. Now we hassle them until they came up with a "CUSTOM PLAN" with option to upgrade for $2000. This is exclusive of the $199 per year fee. Everything look glamorous until they start explaining your finances. They ask the following Mortgage rate? Value of your home Car payments Credit card debts Other debts. Then then do their fancy calculations and show you how you can save. We had no debts other than a car @ 0.99 and our mortgage at 2.79 fixed so really if we refinance we would pay more interest. They tried to convince us that putting the two together that some how they will get us 2.6 % fix and it will save us. LISTEN PEOPLE DON'T DO THIS. I am a member of cachet partners. I signed up with my spouse on July 7. When we signed up we were promised excellent customer services, where we would be able to place our requests and someone would get back to us within 24 hrs. They specialized in cheaper vacation, assistance from a financial specialist, etc etc. I have yet to receive any services from Cachet. Right after our signing up, I contacted the financial specialist to see if she can get us a better mortgage rate, It has been over 5 weeks and we have yet to have our mortgage looked at. I also contacted cachet to book a vacation. It took 3 emails to cachet "customer service" and 1 phone call to finally have someone reply to me. Once I finally got an answer, the agent didn't even send me info to the vacation I was looking for. I also submitted my receipts for the "%5 cash back" I submitted 3 separate receipt emails and have yet to receive a response. When we were there they said we can get our money back if we are unhappy with our membership. I emailed cachet on Tuesday August 11 to request my money back and asked someone to reach me within the next 24 hours. I only spoke with a rep about my issues on Friday, finally after hounding them. The rep than began to tell me that she will only get back to me on Monday because it was 5:30 on a friday and she was at home. The cachet website clearly state that business runs from 10-6 during the week. I never asked the lady to call me from home, and it is not my fault if the do not have anyone else to take care of these issue. I kept asking for my money back and all she can say is that she is going to investigate the issue. I have all my emails I sent to them with all my requests and my final complaints and now they are giving me a hard time to give me my $3600 dollars back. Cachet is the BIGGEST ripoff of life and there services are not worth it. I was not in debt when I started, but I now have this large amount on my credit card and have accumulated over $700 in interest because this cost still sits there. We were told that if we put this on our credit card the the financial advisor would be able to take this amount and put it on our mortgage. BIGGGG LIE! read more

We first heard about Cachet Partners after entering a contest and receiving a phone call stating we'd won one of five prizes. We were skeptical, but decided to attend the 90 min. presentation and to see what we had won. We were pleasantly surprised with the presentation and their offer. The company offers amazing benefits for its members on day to day essentials, both large and small. Their cash back program is a big plus! Although the program didn't suit our needs at this point, the program is definitely something we would recommend and keep in mind for our future. Thank you Dimitry! I was coerced to join this group (it was a mentally bad day) for the price of only$8418.50. I was told that if I borrowed the money from a line of credit they will remortgage my house and I will be able to pay off the loan. They escorted me to the bank machine so I will not skip out on them . I must have been in lala land that day ( as I reflect on it right now) .there was a $100 yearly fee on top of it. I was sure that I was told That I can cancel the club if I was not using it after a year. I paid the first year. The next year I emailed to say that I will like to cancel because other than remortgaging the house I had not used the service. She informed me that if I used certain credit cards or companies it will pay for my yearly fees. I told them that I was a pensioner. I do not have the extra money to be in this club. So I cancelled the cheque at the bank. Line 10 of the contract said that the service will be cancelled for non payment. So I thought that was the end of that. We'll on and behold they put thru a cheque yesterday for $224. $100 for last year, $100 for next year and I suppose $24 for the cancelled cheque. I suppose unless I go to a lawyer I am stuck in this service . It cost me $8418 to remortgage my house plus the added $100 per year for the rest of my life. read more
