These donuts were so worth the drive out to the swap meet on Sunday afternoon. The lunch was great too! Get 24 for sure.

These donuts were so worth the drive out to the swap meet. Don't get 6 or 12. Go straight for the 24. You won't regret it. We had lunch there too and it was great. It was like eating at your Persian grandparents house....if you had Persian grandparents.

The breakfast of champions. Hummus made by Freddy. Just amazing

The location itself is super convenient with front parking available, which in that busy area already feels like a small win. Once inside, the space opens up into this huge, immaculate salon style dining room that feels both elegant and comfortable at the same time. Everything is clean, polished, and thoughtfully put together, and you can tell right away that this is not a rushed or careless operation. It feels like a place that actually cares about presentation, comfort, and the overall dining experience. The owner herself is honestly one of the highlights of the entire visit. She is incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely present, checking in on guests and making sure everything is perfect without ever feeling intrusive. That kind of hospitality is rare, and it completely changes the energy of the meal in the best way possible. You can tell this is a family owned business built on pride and attention to detail, and it shows in every interaction. The service alone makes you want to come back, even before talking about the food. And then the food. This is the real deal. If you love Persian cuisine, this place delivers in a way that feels authentic, rich, and full of flavor. Every dish comes out looking fresh and carefully prepared, and the taste backs it up completely. The seasoning is on point, the meats are tender and flavorful, and everything feels balanced and satisfying without being heavy in a bad way. It is the kind of meal where you keep taking bites even after you are already full because it is just that good. Overall, this is easily a five stars experience in every sense. From the parking to the atmosphere to the service to the food, everything comes together in a way that feels consistent and high quality. The reviews do not lie. If you are anywhere near Las Vegas and you enjoy Persian food, this is a must try spot. You will not be disappointed. In fact, you will probably leave already thinking about what you are going to order next time.

It is the best one that we've found so far. Came to Zaytoon on a Friday night. Walked in and explored the marketplace while waiting for a table for three. Not sure if they take reservations. The marketplace is fabulous. Loved going up and down the aisles filled with so many amazing treats from the Middle East. Halva. Tahini. Spices like za'atar and sumac. Bamba. Bissli. Baked goods. Fruits and vegetables. Check out the extensive baklava offerings. Turkish Baklava. Armenian Baklava. Greek Baklava. Iranian Baklava. Filled with pistachios, walnuts, chocolate. Shaped like carrots, small squares, diamonds and mussels. The cases hold other sweet treats. Halva. Turkish Delights. Sold by the pound. They also have a large selection of Israeli and kosher products. They have Israeli snacks like Bamba and Bissli, challah, matzah and a kosher deli. They even have shampoo and soaps from Israel. Fun to shop for halva and baked goods, while we waited for a table. For dinner, started with a fresh shirazi salad and a Kashke Bademjaan, a fried eggplant dip. So delicious with the freshly baked flatbread! Loved the Fesenjaan. Tender cuts of chicken breast marinated in a pomegranate and walnut sauce served with basmati rice and shirazi salad. Fesenjaan is one of my favorite Persian dishes. Love the sweet and tangy sauce with the juicy chunks of chicken mixed with the basmati rice. I took half to go. Although my father-in-law wanted chicken or kebab, basmati rice and vegetables, the guys ordered two meatball specials. Two huge meatballs with basmati rice, my husband devoured his while my father-in-law took half to go. Finished the meal with fresh hot baklava. With honey, filo dough and chopped nuts, it was literally the sweetest way to end a delicious meal. Service from Saam and Rahmeh was wonderful. Our food was so delicious. Our hot tea and water glasses were always refilled. They checked on us as if they had welcomed us into their family home. Lots of parking available. It is about a 20 minutes drive from the strip. Or take an Uber. Definitely worth the drive to this restaurant and marketplace. Thanks again to Saam and Rahmeh for graciously welcoming us into their family restaurant. Highly recommended.

Great texture, well seasoned, and the potatoes inside were creamy not grainy. It even felt light despite being fried. We then ordered the lamb shank with berry rice and unfortunately it was very dry and hard. I'm currently going through cancer treatment and dealing with mouth sores, so texture really matters to me and I couldn't get it down. We did not say anything, but Joanne noticed right away. She kindly offered to swap it for the koobideh, which she had actually recommended when we first sat down. We should have listened. It was incredibly juicy, tender, and easily the best koobideh I have had in Las Vegas. I eat at a lot of Persian restaurants and this one stood out. The restaurant is beautiful, the 9 pm vibe is great, and parking is easy right in front so heels are safe. Thank you Joanne for the care and attentiveness. That level of service makes all the difference.

I was immediately told--very rudely--that my dog wasn't allowed, despite service animals being permitted under ADA guidelines, even in restaurants. I was only there for a moment, yet the male manager/owner responded by yelling and using profanity, which was both shocking and completely unprofessional. He told me to take my service animal documents and shove it up my A**. Shocking and so UNPROFESSIONAL! On top of that, the food didn't make up for the experience. The chicken tikka masala was overly runny, more like soup than a proper dish. As a local resident of the Evora community, it's also worth noting that this is the ONLY business in the plaza that doesn't offer any kind of resident discount. Overall, a very unpleasant experience, and not somewhere I will ever return. It is overpriced for what it is, and customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.

Inside is a casual atmosphere with good seating, there's no music but they have TV set on the news. Menu offers a small selection of appetizers, gyro, sandwich, wrap, combo, plates, and special. I ordered Falafel Plate ($15.99), it comes with salad and rice. Falafel (4 pieces) is tasty but texture is a little dry. It was served with spicy chutney that has cilantro, vinegar, and jalapeños. The owner Nizar checked in and asked how everything was, I kindly let him know the falafel was dry and the green sauce is very spicy. Also I feel the spicy chutney did not pair well with falafel. He suggest to try with tzatziki sauce, and it did make it a little better. The housemade sauce is good and creamy, has the consistency of sour cream, and is yummy with cumin flavored basmati rice. I would prefer tzatziki sauce over spicy chutney for falafel. Nizar also made a new batch of falafel, I tried it and surprisingly there's good moisture, the falafel was nice, crisp, and soft, it's very delicious! I asked the owner what changed, and he mentioned the first falafel batch was overcooked. The second falafel batch had shorter cooking time and it preserved moisture and flavor, which makes perfect sense. The salad is good too, it has crisp lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onions and cucumber with ranch dressing. I also tried the original Yogurt drink, it is an acquired taste, has a strong tang, but very nourishing. The owner did mention the drink is sour but that's okay, I checked the bottle, it's not expired and still good to consume. Service from Nizar is so kind, welcoming, courteous, and friendly! I'm so happy with the new batch of falafel, and greatly appreciate he took account and value feedback, went above and beyond service to make improvement, it's fantastic!
