Our drive and paving around the whole of our detached bungalow looks superb. Added to this we have a 5 x 4 metre indian stone patio and turfed lawns landscaping at the front and back. The team arrived at 0730 every day and the work was completed exactly as promised - and we paid the balance only when we were totally satisfied. My advice ; speak with a real customer who has had the Yorkshire Direct Service team deliver exactly what was promised, on time and on budget. You will be delighted with their commitment, professional approach and interest in having a totally satisfied customer.

I recieved a quote from him which wasn't the cheapest but not over priced either. I thought I would rather not go with someone cheap anyway, as I was more bothered about having the job done properly and you get what you pay for anyway. Kevin took a lot of time and care in decorating my rooms and I can honestly say the quality is faultless. I wouldn't hesitate to use him in future and I have recommended him to others since. He really is a man who takes pride in his work and is a perfectionist who won't finish a job until it is spot on.

Yes, it took much longer than it should have done, and, yes, I was cross and frustrated when I posted the first review, but the owner has told me that the delay was caused by pressure of work, and has given assurance that he will arrange to fix any problems promptly in future.

We only booked two men and a van but ended up with 4 men and two vans for the same price which enabled us to get moved a lot quicker and smoother. The keys been released for our new property took several hours but the guys never complained or made a fuss about the wait.
