My appointment with Dr Kalli started with couple of questions about my skin care routine, products that I use and if I have any allergies. Dr Kalli listened to my concerns, was very professional and informative. She recommended me coupe of skin care products for my skin type as well. The facial lasted around 30 minutes. Just enough time to snooze off while the anti-aging cream penetrates into the skin and works its magic. My facial was tailored to suit my needs and my skin has improved just after one session. When I finally decided to get rid of it for good I started investigating what my options were and what the best clinic in London was, and after days of searching I've found the Elan Medical Skin Clinic. I understand it's run by the lovely Sue Ibrahim and has its main branch in Rayleigh, Essex. Sue is in the London branch every Wednesday. I've enquired and booked all online (which I appreciated as I hate phoning people). There is a £50 fee to pay for the first consultation. Last week I headed to Whitecross Street and met Sue. She talked me through the different ways a mole can be removed and what her preferred methods are, then examined my mole and told me a cut at the base with radio wave would suffice as it didn't have any root. I was able to do it there right after the consultation, didn't feel any pain whatsoever and all in all I was out of there in 30 minutes. The actual removal took about 3 minutes. Paid £250. Today the scab has fallen off and I can barely see anything, I am ever so grateful to Sue for her professionalism and kindness, and I could not recommend her enough. I was really scared of heavy scarring and I feel silly now that I can see it'll all be fine once the new skin isn't as pink as it is now. Thank you Sue.

I had seen some of the top dermatologists in London, taken five different antibiotics, many topical lotions and creams and then a low dose one year course of roaccutane. This helped briefly but once off the medicine it all came back and worse. A friend recommended Cosmedocs and said they were reasonably priced, but also very professional. I've been there a few times for Botox and have had fillers for the first time there today and I have no complaints. They're very professional, knowledgable about the products they use and sell and the prices are competitive. I've even started a new skin care regime based on some information I got from the doctor (I think Dr Haq?) and am pleased with how my skin is improving. They don't try to talk you into procedures and products you don't need. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for somewhere to get these two procedures done - they also do laser treatment etc, but can't comment on anything else really as these are the only treatments I've had. Handy as they're right at the end of Harley Street, so it's about 5 mins from Oxford Circus tube station and right behind John Lewis.
