Richard is an exceptional lawyer with a plethora of experience in labor related lawsuits for both…read moremanagement and employees. The first contact with him showed he was extremely prompt and able to respond quickly by either phone or email. The initial consultation was attentive and forthcoming with recommendations, while at the same time not being pushy towards any one outcome. I immediately considered him my top choice after having spoke with two other lawyers before. Throughout the course of my case I could tell he was both comfortable and able to easily navigate the difficulties of my situation. He was frequently open about his next approach or strategy prior to taking it and though I always felt his recommendations were best he was often open and willing to hear my suggestions. Ultimately the results of my case were positive. A case such as mine had been said by other attorneys to take 18 months to resolve, was done so in 4 with Richard. While I'm sure this won't be the case for everyone, Richard's approach was pragmatic and client focused, I am sure anyone would be satisfied with his results. I would easily recommend Richard to anyone in a similar situation and would not hesitate to hire him again.

Principal that let me go was finally outed due to corruption and incompetence. When I contacted Mr. Fleisher about this he could have cared less. But he took my money real quick. Look at the office he works at a real dump. Speaks volumes !! He is an arrogant individual that gives good lawyers a bad name!

We ended up leaving his office today with him yelling and screaming at us for asking for signed paperwork for representation. We had paid him and waited a few weeks to see results, but did not see a single thing accomplished by him (just that he was trying when we wanted to file the proper paperwork). He refused to file the necessary motions to sort our issues out and every email from him was a defense for the opposing side and support for them. He never once expressed concern for myself and my situation, despite seeming like a man with good intentions in the media. He actually ignored multiple emails of mine when I did request help and advice, which was my first red flag that he did not have my best interests at heart. We wanted some type of documentation in hand (in good faith) to prove that we were going to move forward, before paying him any more money. We wanted to cover our bases and make sure that there was nothing that could go wrong, which included doing things "under the table", as he demanded. We thought at first it would be a better idea and he even led us to believe that it would be cheaper. Sadly, he did not react well to us asking to file things according to plan and personal request. He wasn't just rude via email, this was in person behavior, as well. I would not recommend him for anyone in anything disability related, as his anger and explosive outbursts could potentially harm someone without the ability to speak for themselves or get out of the situation quickly. Had I not had a witness with me, he would have absolutely induced a PTSD panic attack when making me feel cornered and threatened. It was actually really humiliating to be called stupid and reckless for wanting proper documentation of the things that were going on; we trusted him and that did not work out well for us. Do not hire him without signing anything first! At least then, you'll have proper documentation to be sure.
