These were the first people we talked to on our entire euro vacation other than eachother (6 days in) and it was welcomed conversation. The bar is well decorated-very kitschy-and the bartenders were kind to us non-German-speaking folk. Overall, good spot to come through. It's local and fun.

The people who hung out at the bar were really nice, we needed some extra chairs and people saw some of us were standing so they notified us when the chairs next to them became available. There is not a big variety of keg-beers but there are plenty of other drinks for reasonable prices. The only thing that bothers me the most, of course - is the smoking. On some evenings however you will get the opportunity to groove on the dancefloor. The sound system is alright and the music really depends on the event. I was here during "Which way to the stars" and the Djs have been legit. Staff as also been extremely friendly. One thing I didn't like were the people that come along with the location. Since Crack Bellmer is on the RAW area you will have the regular drunk tourists trying to have some night out experience as in the "Hangover" movie. It was annoying but I managed to enjoy the night with my friends.
