The beef tartar was prepared at our table with sufficient tabasco to our linking. The mussels were small but tasty and firm. I came here with a huge group of friends and had a wonderful time!…read more The owner is the friendliest person in Caen and really welcomed us. I got the Chicken chika, which was delicious! And everything is reasonably priced for my university student budget. It came with fries and the restaurant provided plenty of sauces for the food. Two of my friends got the falafel and the owner brought extra falafel for the table. It was so much better than falafel you can get in bigger places. The owner told us the story of his home town in Syria, after which the restaurant is named, and it was touching to be able to talk to him.
