It was all great. The Polish breaded cod is what fish and chips would like to grow up to one day…read morebecome. The perfectly butter-cooked potato medallions. The blood sausage and rice had a delicious sweet relish on it that made it phenomenal and beautifully presented. The pickled herring was sooo good, a perfect mix of pickled sweetness of fish and onions. The salmon soup was out of this world, it almost tasted like there was a slight coconuty taste to it like a curry, but not curry, just a balanced sweet and sourness to it, reminding me of a fish soup my grandfather used to always make. ...and our server, Christopher, reminded us of our brother-in-law -- making us feel so very much at home and cared for. Even when we came late, they did not rush us, they took love in preparing a phenomenal meal for us -- One of the best meals we've had since landing in Poland... and in a very long time, for that matter. Our love and respect to the chef, the wait staff, and this restaurant. You have made us fall in love with Polish Baltic region cuisine.
