Both were good and made in traditional East German taste and technique. The goulash was good, but I've always preferred Hungarian or Czech style goulash. Nevertheless, it was still tasty and the meat was tender and juicy. The prices are normal for the area. We did order carry out on one occasion and the food was delivered in Styrofoam containers without a bag. Not only is this not the most environmentally friendly option, it was also a bit of a hassle to carry without a bag as many of them leaked gravy and juices.
