Next came the Tuna Tartar; Cool and fresh tuna was topped with a crisp seed cracker and paired with crisp spicy zucchini and seaweed salad. Our next dish was the Filo Spinach which had a crisp airy shell was filled with creamy whipped feta and wiled spinach.
