I have been here twice now and wow was I impressed. I have only tried 1 thing from this place but it could possibly be the best sandwich I have ever had. The Beef Swarma sandwich with lafa bread I think it was called is amazing. The restaurant itself is really nice and staff is friendly. I already know I will stop by again to get the same sandwich completely worth the money and wait. It takes about 20 minutes to prepare. Parking is pretty good it's in a small plaza. read more

Picked up salads for lunch to enjoy at the park. The gyro salad and chicken salad was sooo delicious and satisfying and BIG! I enjoy a big salad. They provided a stack of pita bread along with their delicious garlic spread and chili sauce. Pre pandemic we enjoyed their beef filet plate and fries but currently on a diet kick and their salads do not disappoint. I really wanted to give this restaurant 4+ stars. However, the beef shwarma was slightly tough on the shwarma fries but the seasonings were tasty. Unfortunately, I could not finish the fries therefore I took the leftovers home. The following day when I reheated the leftovers in the air fryer they were equally as tasty and, perhaps since my expectations for the beef was not as high, the entire dish was good. Amazing food. Coming into the place we were greeted by the owner. There was a great aroma of grilled chicken and beef. We ordered a shawarma plate, chicken plate, and beef filet plate. The food tasted like a true home cooked meal. No cheating, no over salting, true ingredients that make the flavor come out. Tabouleh was fresh. Our meal ended with a treat: baklava. My husband and I came back for another delicious meal and we were in love with everything we ate. Again, Milton is so kind and generous. First, we ordered a Kafta plate and a chicken kabob plate. We also ordered Fattoush, but I was debating on trying the tabouleh. Milton decided to have my husband try the fillet kabob so he included one and also brought out a free tabouleh salad! I'm just so shocked by his service and kindness. Of course, the Fattoush salad was fresh and yummy. The tabouleh was great and had a perfect consistency. Super refreshing for summertime. Again, to our surprise Milton brought out a free tzatziki/salata khiar AND more hummus! Crazy!!! I know I'm repeating myself, but the service was amazing. Milton is great at checking in with us and other customers. I love it! True middle eastern hospitality. We got full pretty quick and asked for boxes, turns out Milton took the plates and organized the food and even refilled the rice. Even when more customers came in and got very busy, Milton gave us two free sadaf cardamom teas and two baklava. Don't get me started on their dressings - so good that they now sell them by the bottle. And the GARLIC sauce is amazing. We often get a big container of it and use it with everything we eat. Cafe Du Liban was my first true introduction to Mediterranean food and I fell in love. Mediterranean food is now my number one go to food! Not that my cooking can ever compare to theirs, but I've started to try to recreate some of the meals I've had here when I make holiday meals. I don't live in the area and only get to enjoy their food when I'm working nearby, Yesterday I placed an order do be delivered and although I missed the friendliness and ambiance of going to the Cafe, I was still able to delight in the flavors of all my favorites!! Plus - every special message I added with an ordered item was read and fulfilled. Some reviewers have commented on the price. From what I've seen, the prices are comparable to the area. What isn't comparable, though, are the portions and the preparation! I live in the neighborhood and tried this restaurant for the first time this past weekend. In short, I will definitely be coming back. My daughter and I each ordered a combo plate, my daughter picked out the fish, and I had the chicken breast/beef & chicken koobideh. First the food. Excellent. Everything was incredibly fresh and flavorful, with healthy portions. I especially like how much flavor was packed into each bite of the koobideh. My daughter liked her fish so much that she didn't want to give me piece to try because she wanted it all for herself. I did eventually get a bite and she was right, it was great. Additionally, the hummus and baba ghanoush were superb. One element about this place that puts it over the top for me is the exceptional customer service. The manager was so nice and accommodating, it made the experience feel more personal. I felt appreciated as a customer, which is rare these days. My boss recommended this place to me. It was empty around 6pm and when we arrived. We sat down and ordered some hummus as an appetizer. The atmosphere is clean and its ran be a husband and a wife who are also very nice. My husband ordered the Chicken Liver Laffa and I ordered the Falafel Laffa. It was a tad salty, but my husband said he was great. He wanted to try the Lamb Tartar but passed for another day. All in all it was great, I gave 4 stars because my husband had to wait twice for his ice tea refill. it wasn't that busy for that to be overlooked.
