I couldn't decide between the traditional flammkuchen or one with goat cheese. The waitress recommended goat cheese and I'm glad I listened. Delicious! The arugula salad had a bright mustardy vinaigrette , with tomatoes and very fresh baby mozzarella. The flammkuchen was a huge portion (easily shareable) and the goat cheese had a terrific flavor. Having my own pizza cutter was fun. The Riesling accompanied it perfectly. All of the food looked good - definitely worth stopping in!
