This is one sorry place. I am constantly amazed that people visit in such numbers. Tired & tatty decor that was once, in a lame marketing meeting, deemed to be European and trendy still abounds. The place is full of dirty, uncleared crockery and packaging and the queues are WAY too long. For what though? Bitter coffee, overpriced pseudo Italian food and a mediocre 'experience'. Some experience. In a town that has - thank God - no Maccy D's this takes it's place. For the sake of all that is good, support the excellent local delis and retailers and freeze this hellhole out.
