(i even took a picture of it!) hence, stupidly, i ordered a hot chocolate so i could get my free 20 minutes. (otherwise, it is 1 pound for 20 minutes, so why not get a free drink with their offer, right??) ohhhh no-siree-bob! the manager (whom i named "oleg" for the mere fact that he looked and sounded like an oleg) became all testy and demanded 2 quid. when shown the advertisement that is on EVERY SINGLE DAMN COMPUTER IN THE PLACE, he merely replied that it's an old ad. amazingly, after a few days i went back and all of the "old" advertisements were still on every computer. so, if you would like to use a slow internet connection with oleg staring a hole through you, while sipping on a scalding hot teeny tiny coffee at a place that does not honor its advertised prices, then definitely go here!

While I can't comment on the Internet services, I will say that the food is awesome, especially the paninis. They're huge, loaded with toppings and come with salad and a Pringle.
