Bahm Mi

Their Bánh Mi Sandwiches are very good. Good location and staff. I tried the garlic butter sauce with pork, it was a perfect balance of flavors. I thought the jalapeño would be overwhelming but it complement the rest of the ingredients nicely. Why 3 stars? During my previous visit, I tried the Pho and I was not impressed with the flavor, it tastes like was missing something so I will try the Pho again and update this review if needed.

Beautiful restaurant aesthetic !!

My favorite Viet spot out of the many i've been too. Pho comes out steaming hot, service is great and even when busy they can keep up and still provide quality food. Very clean restaurant and friendly staff. Prices are also not jacked up (11.75 for a large bowl and 10 for small bowl) Recommend to try: Pho Steak Bowl Meat Combination Pho w/ extra veggies Passionfruit Iced Tea

We ordered a little bit of everything from the menu. The appetizers were all delicious, particularly the popcorn chicken which was super surprising to me. The entrees were alright, not bad just not the best I've ever tasted. The service was great though, super helpful and it didn't take long from ordering until we got our food. Overall, I'll definitely be back!

Garlic butter steak vermicelli.

We stopped by Cafe Trang during our bike ride since it was in a convenient location. It was an order first and sit down style. I ordered the vermicelli bowl with garlic butter steak and added an egg roll. My fiancé ordered the garlic steak banh mi. We got our food super quick, and I thought the vermicelli bowl was pretty good. The garlic butter steak was flavorful and the egg roll was my favorite part. The only thing I didn't really like was the vermicelli sauce that comes with it. I've had many vermicelli bowls, and I felt that the sauce was a bit too salty for my taste. I tried the banh mi, and thought it was really good. The toppings went well with the steak and the bread was a bit crisp on the outside but also soft. We also got the tropical fruit smoothie which I thought was extremely refreshing and had a great flavor especially after a long bike ride.

It was great. We ordered two bánh mi sandwiches and a bún (vermicelli noodle bowl). The sandwiches came on crusty baguette and had really great flavor. Be cautious of the raw jalapeños if you don't like heat. The noodles were amazing.

Spring rolls, pho, and vermicelli noodles.

Their ordering method is interesting for a Vietnamese restaurant. You order your item (base), then let them know what you want included in it. My boyfriend and I had the spring rolls, pho, and vermicelli noodles. They weren't terrible, but they weren't great either. Each item we had tasted bland. We did whatever we could to enhance the flavor, but couldn't fix it. The interior was nice and clean. Maybe I'll consider stopping by again in the near future to give it another shot.

Bug

BUG IN FOOD, DONT COME HERE I use to come here a lot. I loved their pho'. I went in yesterday and there was a bug inside my pho'. I always have the habit of looking At my food, as I was going in with my chopsticks I see a black bug around a piece of cilantro, this has never happened to me before at any other restaurant, I'm so upset. It's gross. I understand that it's hard to keep things clean but a BUG.I took pictures of it, you can see the little antlers sticking out of the cilantro. I gave 4 stars so you can see it

This place is fairly knew to this development but it has decent Vietnamese food. You walk up and order your food and they make it right there in front of you. It's not big or small so it's nice and cozy to me. I usually get the vermicelli noodles or their banh mi. It's convenient and good food it's worth a try.

Oily pho!

Took four bites into my curry chicken sandwich before I hit any meat. For the price huge disappointment.

I bring my mom here to get a our quick fix of pho. The broth is tasty and it's comforting. My husband loves the Bobo tea here.

This location is set up to serve good food fast. The menu is limited, the ingredients were fresh and the food had good flavor.

I ordered the M2 Crispy Pork Belly with Rice and the M11 Crispy Pork Belly with Banh hoi The portions were incredibly generous, especially the pork belly and I absolutely loved the M2 with rice. The vegetables tasted very fresh and the servings were large as well. My only minor critique is that I wish the pork belly had been served warmer

The food was delicious and hit all the right notes. I love the creativity in bánh mì bún bò huế; I love how the cuts of meat layered up and we could dip in the bbh broth, just like a french dip sandwich but make it vietnamese! The shop was clean, airy, bright. Durian avocado smoothie was authentic and so good. Vietnamese coffee could be better without the sugar; we ordered black coffee thinking it would be just plain black. My bad, should have clarified upon ordering. I had a duck noodle soup on a previous visit and the portion was so big, it had so much meat and was so good. I wish it would be a permanent menu item instead of being a weekend special.

The barista was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The shop is tucked right into the middle of a charming little community, which made it feel like a hidden gem. Inside, it reminded me of a cozy work-from-home space, a place where you could grab coffee, breakfast, or lunch and comfortably spend a few hours. We'll definitely be back!

FYI - it's located in a building called "The Shed" which is a separate business housed in the same location. It looks like they plan on this area being an all inclusive community with trails, a coffee shop to work and study (includes internet paid into it by the community) and other activities. I like the layout - it's spacious, plenty of seating and clean. Lots of window and it has a great view of the mountains to the west. Staff was nice. I ordered an Americano. I judge the coffee based on, well, the actual coffee rather than the foofy sugary/sweet drinks which masks the real coffee flavor. The Americano was almost average and very watered down. It also had an odd sour taste which is either how they brew it or the type of bean being - either way I didn't like it. We also ordered "The Cowboy" breakfast sandwich. It was okay - could've used more egg and it also had a spiciness that I wasn't expecting. Overall a nice place in a nice location - but the food and drink are lacking.
