Saturday Shenanigans in full of fact. Came here after breakfast for some fun day activities. Definitely a fan of pool halls, and this is one of the cleanest ones in the area. Over 20 tables. Very spacious end direct. You only leave your ID at the counter you pay. When you're done. We could even feel the quality. While playing as the felt was clean and the balls were the shiniest I've ever seen. Coming out of COVID? I tend to walk with my own wipes and WI down all of the balls and polls sticks. When I begin my games. This was absolutely not necessary. At this establishment. I had to learn not to hit my balls so aggressively. As it was a professional, clean pool table. Not sure if they have food, but don't expect any fancy cocktails. Keep it simple with your beer. Orders from the selection they have. Current rates are 15 bucks an hour for the table and 6 dollar beers (before tip). Food is mostly frozen and fried. Note: the establishment is CASH ONLY - really? Is this a pool hall or a money laundering enterprise (I will reserve judgement). The owner and management are completely inattentive, incredibly cheap and occasionally rude. They will start the clock on your table before they even hand you the balls and will charge you every penny. I strongly recommend that you start the stopwatch on your phone when you receive the tray of balls to avoid questions around your bill later. You have patrons who sit on the tables. Do they care? No. You have patrons who spit on the floor. Do they care? No. You have kids vaping. Do they care? No. It's hit or miss that there's soap in the dispenser and they'll leave the air conditioner off until everyone starts to complain. Long story short, if you're in the neighborhood and desperate for a pool game, you'll find one here - the equipment is decent enough though not particularly clean. I have been coming here for years and today for the first time. We decided to come out to shoot pool with the kids and the manager on duty decided to tell the waitress to inform my husband and I, that they couldn't serve us alcohol drinks because we had kids with us. I went over to ask kindly why not. Gives my a lame excuse about that we have kids with us. I understand what he was saying but anywhere in NYC you go if we decide to order drinks they will serve us with no problem with or without kids. I will never return to a place that makes up rules out of the blue. I feel like a business should be consistent with the rules they have for there customers. Ok, granted its extremely hard to find a well kept pool hall in queens, their tables are worn but ok, no punctures stains or lopsided tables here. The waitresses are on point and in the daytime the prices are cheap cuz its empty.. but... Come here after 8pm, and its a frantic scene, i came here at midnite, quite packed with very loud spanish music. Me and a friend were the only Asians in there, other than the Asian owner grilling people at the top of the staircase.. After,paying, we were stopped by the obviously drunk owner and was told we didnt pay for the drinks.. The thing is, we didnt get any drinks.. After arguing and even after the waitress backed us up, he called the cops on us! F' in unbelievable.. I've only starting playing pool at Cafe Uno Billiards a few months ago since most pool halls have not reopened since the start of the pandemic. Anyway, I do enjoy playing pool there. Tables are decent enough and the staff and servers are friendly and helpful. They have 25 or more tables with a good number of them being 3 cushion billiards tables. Jackson Heights has a large Hispanic population so many of the players are Latino and the music is 90% Latin. They do serve food and drinks, but the only alcoholic beverage is beer and they have water, iced tea and other non-alcoholic drinks. I'm told by the servers that all the food is frozen and heated in a microwave, so I basically don't order any of their food although I do see some customers having it. With so many places to eat in the area, I prefer to eat at one of the local restaurants afterwards. It's not the fanciest or most elegant place. But if you're looking to play pool or billiards with your date or friends, this place will do fine. I generally tend to play pool here earlier in the day when it's less crowded. After 5 or 6pm, the place gets packed. A face mask or face covering is supposedly required at all times except when you are eating or drinking. However, I always see several players with a face mask but it is either just covering their mouth, on their chin, or not on at all so it's not really enforced. That's why I generally leave by 6pm to avoid the large crowds. read more

This is actually one of the best pool halls I've been to. It is huge inside with lots of tables. Beer here is cheap too. If you come on a weekend night, it can get crowded. The customers are mostly Latin American or South Asian, just like the neighborhood. The best thing about this place are the beautiful waitresses. They are all Colombian and all hot! read more

Me and my friend went there play some pool. The price we pay the asia owner was in the single digits for 1hr 1/2 weekday even. The service is bit slow since we got indoor. It majority is male and Spanish people. They place music play spanish only and it clean majorly of the places. The table we got was in great condition but rack was missing. They ask us if want any alcohol at the at table but we refuse since we don't want any. Over all I go there again when I have time. read more

I paid a visit to this establishment to play pool and have some drinks and eats. Well, as soon as you walk in the first thing you see is a big sign that reads "CASH ONLY", that was a turnoff. So now we dig into our pockets, my son and I, luckily enough my son had $70. I had $13., so we were good. The man at the counter, Asian with a terrible accent, was able to set us up with a table, that was after my son and I guessed what he was asking for, an ID!! We then start playing pool, we asked for drinks, wings and fries, from a young lady, she shows up sometime later with the order and demanding the money, very aggressive, this wasn't very nice! BTW, the wings and fries weren't that good. Ok, we were there for 2 hours, Saturday afternoon 4:30PM, we turned in the equipment and asked how much, the Asian guys says $19., we handed exactly $19, he then says $22., I questioned the man and then he says $23.50. At that point I told him that this was my first time there and with this treatment I'm not sure if I will be back, the man tells me to go and not come back because the place is busy and he doesn't need my business, all of this in his broken English!! 5 stars for the billiards, the place is clean, the service is great, the waiters are friendly, they have a nice view of Jackson Heights and Roosevelt Avenue, nice spot, I'm thinking of going there more often. And 2 stars for the Cochinotes that go there, that group sucks man. read more

Okay, cheap billiards during daytime, but here you get what you pay for. All three-cushion tables were in a state of horrible disrepair, the cloths torn up all over and dirty. Loud as hell, too. No point in coming back here if I can play elsewhere. read more
