The pasta was al denter, not too soft, and the sauce was incredibly creamy which I loved. They serve it in a "fancy" bowl that looks like you are not getting a lot of food, but the portion size is okay if you're not too hungry. 15 euros is pricey...but if you really want to try Sardegnian food made vegetarian, this is a great option.

Apparently the owner is a rum lover too, as they have a great rum selection with 30 different rums available at decent prices including obvious choices like Zacapa (they have the outstanding XO too!) and Diplomatico as well as several not so well known rums. If you like rum, this is a must do in Cagliari - and if you come early, check out the liquor store next door as they have a great selection too if you want to bring something home with you.
