This place has been here since 1867 and has grand interiors like many of the old cafes around Europe do. Reminded me so much of some of the ones in Venice, Vienna, Brussels and Lisbon. I had a Bicerin which is a small glass with thick hot melted chocolate, an expresso shot, cream and meringue. Once it's all mixed together this is a match made in heaven. I highly reccomend this Cafe to anyone that doesn't mind sharing a table with a sleeping cat and is looking for a place to meet/eat/drink/or work. The prices are amazing and they have several extensive menus to chose from depending on your craving. Cafeteria, sweets (catering to dietary restrictions, from sugar free to vegan) both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, and a daily lunch menu. They have such a great list of traditional piemontese drinks available that I always have a hard time choosing. I have tried the Cappuccino con Panna (about 40 percent panna which is why I love it) and the Aqua Menta. They have nice naturally lit seating indoors whether you are alone or with other people as well as seating on the second floor or outside. A great place to be inspired by a comforting warm drink and extreme raxation of the adorable cats sourrounding you.

The cafe is historical in one of the city main piazzas and had indoor and outdoor seating that is well shaded. Service was very friendly and professional. It was a great experience and felt like stepping back in time. The only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is that I think they could work a little on the upkeep and overall feel of the cafe that while it does feel historical, it also feels a little "tired".
