This cafeteria had all the makings of being a typical tourist trap (super expensive and lacking any quality whatsoever). But to our surprise after climbing roughly five flights of stairs to the top of the building where this place is situated, it turned out to be just short of an oasis!
They had pasta dishes, as well as pastries and nice sandwiches on display behind the glass counters. Everything looked cool, fresh and inviting in the sunny and hot afternoon glare of day when my girlfriend and I were there. They also served juices, wine, beer and liquor for those who cater to such. Fairly friendly service which was above all efficient and streamlined. This seems to be a well frequented cafeteria, so fast service is appreciated.
Plenty of shade to find under the numourus parasols pitched above the tables of the dining area. It all made for a welcomed break from the hot outdoor afternoon July sun. read more
