There were some buskers there putting on a fire street show while we where there which was fun. You go up to the counter and order your beer/snacks/soda there and then take it to your table - no waitstaff! So make sure you find your own table and clean up after yourself! They also do a pfand for the glasses, so your beer costs and extra euro or two and then when you return the mug you get it back. That is good incentive to clean up after yourself!
