This coffee shop and eatery is one of the largest in the area, so there are a lot of people coming in and out. The outside, as well as the inside, is very inviting. There are hostesses that seat you with a menu, and eventually a server will come around to take your order.
The menu is pretty extensive; they serve juices, smoothies, coffees, breakfast, brunch, and linner. I ordered a Café Cultura (which was basically a mocha with Baileys), and a croissant. It took quite some time to get either of my items, noticing my croissant was given to the wrong table, and later on my coffee doing the same. I think the delivering system is disorganized, as well as the communication with the front and back of the house.
The coffee tasted good, but was scalding hot. Literally, my tongue is missing some tastebuds. The croissant was nothing out of the norm.
To pay, they give you this card that had your order on it and you bring it to the register to pay before you leave. I'm telling you this just in case you don't speak Portuguese, as many of them don't speak English.
