My favorites are the Veggie (cheese, hummmus, grilled veggies) for €5 and the Special (antipasti, Parmesan, and rocket) for €5.20. Coffee selection is also very nice, with all the classics like latte, black coffee, and flat whites. During warm months there is seating outside that gets a lot of sun. Service can be a bit slow so it's not a place to take away, but really nice experience.

There are several choices of special bagel toppings and bagels. We tried one with almond spread and feta on a German pretzel-like bagel. It was delicious! For waffles there are several choices of spreads, fruit, sauces, and toppings. We had applesauce, strawberries, vanilla sauce, with chocolate topping. It was amazing! We also had freshly squeezed orange juice and really good cappuccinos. This small place has a nice cozy seating and very friendly server/cook. Not the place to go if you are in a hurry and they only accept cash. But well worth it!

So it was actually a phenomenal bagel. I haven't lived in NYC for almost a year so maybe my taste buds have adapted to the lack of good bagels in London, but I'd consider the bagel to be NYC quality. Similarly, the service was akin to NYC. A bit snobby honestly. With that said, the vibe on the inside was amazing and it seemed like a great cafe for working during the day so I'll give them credit for that. The bagel was expensive - €4.50 for a bagel with cream cheese. The amount of cream cheese in the bagel was a joke. Thank god it was a good bagel because I basically ate it plain lol. And considering the price... Would I go back? I don't know, maybe? I'd probably order plain bagels and buy the cream cheese at the supermarket.

I saw many people be served ahead of me, I saw a bagel that looked like my order be delivered to a different table. The people at that table returned the bagel, I thought the mistake would be realized and the bagel brought to me. The bagel did not arrive. I thought they might be re-making the bagel because the other table of guests had touched it. They were not remaking it. I went to ask about my bagel after 45min, the entire time I had been sitting with my number clearly displayed as instructed. They tried to blame me and my number not being visible for their mistake. I would not have been upset in this situation if they had not blamed me and lied to me about their mistake. I saw the bagel delivered to the wrong table so clearly the issue was not with my number being unfindable. Again, mistakes happen and I would not be leaving this review if not for their reaction.

For late breakfast / brunch.... whatever, I decided to check out some spots you can't find it at every corner and every mall. So I looked up on yelp. And I found Barcomi's Deli. It's very inconspicuous, cuz it's inside a courtyard. You cant really tell there is such a damn nice, cozy place unless you've founded already. So the price for the food is totally OK. I got me water and switched from hummus bagel sandwich to Club sandwich after the waitress recommended that. I really do like that place. It has a certain cozy, big city urban vintage family style that makes you wanna stay here longer or even come more often. Lucky me It was pretty empty when I got it and after an instant it was packed as hell. I wonder how people found that place haha. AND they have a lot of yummy fresh cakes, tarts. deserts and american cupcakes.
