Ok I am from Dallas, Texas and a foodie. So here it comes finally. I do not write too many reviews…read morebut on this restaurant and their location I had to write fir Vitoria, ES, Brazil. So far the most creative Sushi and Shashimi you would experience out in Esprito Santos. Owner Vicenzo and Roberto have done great job with chef Matheus and his wife who is head server. Just tell them you want special rolls and you will be treated like a royalty. Fish is like just caught and cut. Very very high quality. You must tell them that you need wasabi and Ginger bit more as it is not a big tredition in Brazil to serve that. Also please try their special hot sauce. It is not spicy but has lots of flavor. I ate last year every night in February 2014 for 4 straight night and doing same this year in 2015. They are improving and serving better and better food. I would recommend at least a sushi snack before going out to paety if you can't eat dinner. Great job guys. Will always come back.
