I'm not…read morethe only one who thinks so because this chain has won award after award that they are not shy displaying front and center when you walk in. The set up is like a giant ice cream restuarant. When you open up the menu, I would say there are 100 unique creations all of which looked amazing. I wanted one thing and I didn't want to look for it so I asked the waitress if they had an ice cream bowl that including Apple Pie and Ice Cream. Appararently they didn't and no one had ever heard of this combination. It's an American thing I guess. They were more than happy to make it for me though and it was sooooo good. The pie was great and the ice cream was amazing. This is without a doubt the only ice cream place you need to go to when you're in the Limburg area.

A long overdue review for my favourite ice cream place In the Netherlands. There are some other…read morelocations but my fave is the one in Arcen, Limburg. Love the creaminess of its ice cream yet not too sweet compare to ice creams that I've had in the country where I live, Canada. The back patio's scenery of Maas river was so calming. Watching the view boats or ships go by as this Maas River connected the Netherlands and Germany. Due to its location where it's very closed to Germany's border, I noticed lots customers speak German. This Clevers in Arcen was actually the second location of Clevers that I visited in the NL. First was the one in Overloon, Noord Brabant province. I'll definitely be back to this location when I visit the Netherlands again. Yummy ice cream and great ambience!
