Also first time had the Portuguese "flan" which is not like what you might think of flans are like - not looking the same and certainly not taste the same - per our guide they make it with lard (!!), just the mere thought of it would turn me away. Tried it anyway and have to say not a fan and something to avoid in future. It's mushy and limp with color of dark brown sugar. Other than that the rest of the dishes were interesting so overall it was a good meal in a nice environment.

Went here with my baby, and staff gave him a wooden high chair. Everybody was very nice!! Apparently they like the baby. It's a good family restaurant. Prato do dia was only 6euro. So cheap. Their special codfish potato plate was 9euro half portion (but this is enough for one person!) beer 1.5euro. I really liked this place!! The only bad thing is in the beginning, they bring out bread and this blood sausage tapa dish. I thought it was free and ate it but it cost 5euro, so be mindful of that.
