This food park consists of multiple food trucks/trailers on both sides of a wide walkway just off Highway 30 north of Caguas. It appears the trucks operate independently, each with its own days and hours of operation. Some days, their Facebook page shows the schedule of each truck.
There is a parking lot for the park; adjacent street parking is plentiful. Upon entry, La Revuelta Beer Garden and Bar is open air and offers live entertainment and karaoke. The trucks offer widely varied options such as Sushi with a Puerto Rican twist, stuffed burgers, smoked meats, traditional Puerto Rican meals, pizza/pasta, Mexican meals and appetizers, seafood, bubble tea, smoothies, a donut/ice cream stand and finally a healthy-food option.
The choices are more than a little overwhelming - makes you want to come back several times to try your favorites. They have picnic table under awnings up and down the walkway; pick one and your group can meet up there.
Ordering process is quite easy: go to the trailer, place your order, pay and you receive a buzzer. When it buzzes, your order is ready. Many items seem to require preparation time as they are "cooked to order" and it takes some time - in our case, 5-15 minutes. Most trailers have English speaking staff to help with orders.
This is a very clever option; if you are driving near Caguas, I recommend stopping here. read more
