Rented a 20' x 80' tent with table and chairs for 80 people for outdoor event during Memorial Day weekend in Placerville CA. Delivery and pick up was as advertised: on-schedule and professional. All tables and chairs arrived (and departed) in excellent condition. The single installer guy was friendly, professional and allowed me to tailor installation (i.e. sides and end flaps rolled up). Working with Fabiola was an absolute dream. She made planning so easy and the communication was always timely and professional, mostly via text messaging which I prefer due to my busy work schedule. We were originally going to rent 1 large canopy with tables and chairs from CAIA, but the city park did not allow anything larger than 10x10 w/out a permit. Fabiola was kind enough to quote us for just the tables and chairs (we secured canopies by borrowing from family members). But the service offered from table and chairs drop-off to pick-up at the park was flawless! Aaron arrived early and even helped us get set-up and took the time to show us how to fold/unfold the tables. I have nothing but great things to say about our whole experience. I reached out to CAIA Inflatable Party Rental to get chairs and tables for an even that we were hosting. From start to finish, they were very professional and polite. When I reached out for a quote, they were fast and responsive and even provided pictures of the items that I would be renting. I threw a wrench in and asked for AV equipment as well and they were very quickly able to change the quote and get me an updated price without hassle. After I confirmed the date and the booking, they reached out the day before just to confirm and let me know that they were good to go and I had nothing to worry about. The event I was hosting was a celebration of life with many people coming from many places and the fact that CAIA was reaching out to me was a big relief when I was trying to get all of the other logistics handled. Day of the event, they let me know their exact ETA while they were on the way to the location. It was very nice to not have to worry if they were coming on time or not because they were proactive on letting me know their time frame. The off load of the equipment was efficient and quick and they were both personable and professional the whole time. We were scheduled for an 8pm pick up of all the rental equipment, but the event was ending earlier than expected and I was able to call them and reschedule the pick up for earlier without any issue. They were very accommodating and helpful during the whole experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for party rentals and will be using them again for upcoming events myself.
