The cafeteria is a lovely artsy space, tucked away next to the all the surrounding museums that has an outside patio overlooking down in the back of the city. Weekend buffet ends at 4pm, but be sure to get there before 3pm as most things are slowly being put away and tables changing to dinner. As I mentioned above, it's got everything! Hot soups, some sort of baked codfish, lox, fritatas, sushi, breads, charcuterie, cheeses red and white wine, delicious fresh juices (my fav was the mango+passion fruit), beautiful desserts like chocolate cake, key lime pie, fruity custards are ALL displayed on the table. Such an awesome find! In the end, the total price was about 14.50 Euros.

It's nothing fancy, but reminds you a lot of the classic lunch cafeteria. You pay once at the start for the whole buffet. The main courses are served by the workers, while the sides and dessert section are a pick-your-own. Oh yeah, and they have free unlimited wine. The main two course I had was the bacalhau a bras and the salmon. For the bacalhau - it was a bit different than I was expecting; kind of seemed like it was baked and then sitting under the heat lamp for a bit. I suppose the traditional method of scrambled eggs-like wouldn't work for this kind of buffet. It was quite solid - I got a decent fishy taste but wasn't overpowering at all. The eggs still stayed pretty good. The salmon was also nice. It had super clear grill marks, and while leaning slightly on the more cooked side, it still tasted pretty fresh and good The sides were pretty hit or miss. The fried fish (what seemed to taste like bonito) was good, but the fried chicken bits and the grilled chicken in the salad weren't very good. Dessert wise, there were about 5 options that I tried. The flan was good, but the rest were kind of forgettable. Considering the price I paid of under 10 euros, this is a ridiculously good value for a buffet. Granted, it's not like you get full control, but this worked the opposite way for me as the servers gave me so much more of the main courses than I would've had myself. Plus the free wine (which I didn't even have), this is easily the best value meal of my entire trip. Overall, solid food that serves university students at an unbelievable price; and I can't believe this place is open for everyone. 8/10
