So difficult to work with and was not happy. Had 2 projects in the works, one smaller (one product…read moreso only a few on white shots and 3-5 lifestyle) and the second one would be much larger (7 products, so 7-14 on white shots, 5-7 lifestyle, group shots, video content, models needed, etc). First project, I thought it would be a simple easy slam dunk since they were "so professional" and the images on the website are phenomenal. Gave them creative license on the lifestyle shots since I was literally trusting them to deliver the same amazing images I saw online. Highly disappointed.... Firstly, it took them forever because they were so "backed up with work" -- when I finally got the on-white photos, they all had so many simple errors that any novice/basic product photographer at best would not do (crooked labels, wrinkles, not able to read the brand logo). The lifestyle shots were even worse, not what we discussed in the zoom call and couldn't see any logo/branding in any of them. Basically had to force them to reshoot the shots but they were not happy about it... They ended up procrastinating the reshoot for so long they forgot about the revision/reshoot for 1-2 months and had to just edit previous photos (which I could do myself) but I needed new/correctly shot images. They reshot only a few images a million weeks later -- but was no better. We also started working on the larger project in the meantime and issues arose there too. Every model I picked (the few diverse models they had to choose from were no longer working with them but we're still on their website or were a higher price - without reason as to why). I got so frustrated I ended up canceling the second project and going elsewhere in hopes to get better results for way less money with another company. When I asked for a refund since I was not happy with the poorly revised images, delays, lack of quality customer service; it took another flurry of several emails over the course of literal MONTHS just to get a partial refund. Don't recommend, save yourself the let down and headache and high fees/price.

I hired Alexander, owner of IVYPNW Video, as a wedding gift for my brother & his fiancé. I signed the contract in November 2019 for their September 2020 wedding. When COVID hit the venue cancelled the wedding in June. Rather than reschedule the wedding date, my brother & his fiancé decided to move the venue to a private residence in California. I emailed Alexander as soon as the venue cancelled to explain the situation and inquired about a return of deposit. He told me that he would not refund my deposit but was willing to travel out-of-state for an additional fee and expenses (which was understandable). This was initially great news to hear, so I took that info back to the family to see if it was worth the additional investment. We decided to pay the extra money and told Alexander we'd be keeping the original contract date. That's when things went sideways. Alexander it seems had already booked another wedding on that very date. He told me he would try to move things around to accommodate both weddings and then Alexander then went silent for a few weeks and didn't communicate with us. But as the wedding date is closing in, I needed to know if he was either going to show up and video the wedding or refund my deposit - remember he double-booked this date. Alexander became aggressive, accusatory, and threatening. He referred to me as "childish" and unable to comprehend a contract. He sent multiple emails bashing me, my family, and the wedding, using words and language that I won't repeat here. Alexander is not someone I would want around my guests at a wedding or any event. I'm so glad he showed his true self and lack of professionalism before we exposed our guests to this person. Do yourself a favor and avoid a calamity. Chose another company for your wedding or special event. Literally, any other company.

My fiancé and I do not have a lot of experience being photographed and we were pretty nervous. Her calm and relaxed demeanor helped us loosen up and be ourselves, it was such a fun bonding experience for us. She helped us with poses, giving us gentle direction so that we felt comfortable and confident. We received our photos quickly after the session and seeing what she captured brought tears to my eyes. The photos are gorgeous and really captured our love and laughter. In addition to our engagement photos, she also took some family photos of us and our dogs.
