Pricey for what you get. Beer was 7$ for a 12 oz glass. Cup of crawfish etouffee only had one tiny piece of crawfish along with a small piece of a baguett. However the crawfish appetizer was delicious, large tails and the sauce was amazing. The jumbo shrimp were great as was their Cole slaw. Over all food was good but again over priced for what you get. The service was good, they were very busy. The ambiance is more like a sports bar. This is a newly opened place so we may give them another try after they work out some kinks. read more

We came to check this place out on a Thursday evening. Took 15 minutes for us to be seated in the less than half full restaurant. I ordered catfish and fries and my girlfriend had 3 pounds of spicy crawfish with an additional sausage. We ordered gator bites for appetizer. We received the gator bites about 20 minutes later, they were cold and our entrees about 10 minutes after that. The fish was bland and cold and the spicy crawfish was bland and had been reheated and chewy. Won't be back here. If someone wanted to open a real Cajun Restaurant in Hot Springs they could make a killing because they have 2 places that are posers. read more

The food was fantastic, service, as well as our Server Brady, left us wanting nothing. She had the Pasta Acadiana, and I had the Shrimp and Grits, & let me tell you, both dishes were very authentic, & tasted Amazing! Long wait due to being understaffed. Took forever to get our food. Shrimp was over cooked, baked potatoes were old, not fluffy at all. Worst of all the men's bathroom was beyond filthy. The urinal had no water line therefore it couldn't be flushed. Women's bathroom was out of order. After many decades, we will not return to Cajun Boiler's. read more

Nasty. We've been here before and it used to be amazing. We started off with the crawfish app and it was okay. No great flavor but decent. When we got our main course, though, we all wished we had gone elsewhere. I ordered the boiled blue point crab and it was soured. They actually served me food that had clearly gone bad. The rest of the table ordered some variation of shrimp and it was all over cooked and poorly seasoned. Service was underwhelming too. In the past there had always been a wait to get a seat but today the restaurant was mostly empty. That should have been our clue to go somewhere else. read more

Y'all, we had the best waitress, Aron and I mean the best!!!!!! She was extremely fast & helpful when we asked questions about the menu! She was the highlight of my birthday. UNFORTUNATELY, the food we ordered was extremely over cooked the steak as half fat, very thin and absolutely no seasoning. The crab fingers tasted freezer burnt and extremely dry. When we asked for a manager we got a server who was not ours and said she was going to "handle" us and then disagreed with everythimg we said. " The customers". My husband came to this restaurant several years ago and loved it. This was my first time at this restaurant. The waitress was nice. We ordered a sampler platter for appetizer with cheese sticks and Alligator. The cheese sticks were not cheesy and stringy. It was almost like compressed Parmesan Cheese. The Alligator was okay.. We ordered two clusters of crab legs. They were really salty and had a fishy taste. The crab cakes were terrible. the shrimp was like gum balls Overall the experience was awful. The wait wasn't awful - but for $50 you're better off spending your money elsewhere. We were told we'd get a half a pound of crab, along with some shrimp. What we got was barely a pound, with most of the food being the sweet potato fries. We asked for potatoes and corn to go with our platter since they were out of crawfish and out of oysters and as you can see in the photo, neither were given to us. We used to like going by boat, however, last few times I've been by there I've noticed they don't have boat parking anymore. It's a shame because it's a cool location. I have always loved Cajun broiler but the last 2 times it's just not the same. Left today for the last time. Won't be back. Food was sub par but so expensive. 2 appetizers & 2 meals was $75 including a tip. Service was sub par as well. Tipped only because i know they make very little per hour. Salad never brought, hush puppies had an odd taste, French fries with meal were few. Probably the thing that turned me off the most was we were sat near the window inside and there were dead flies in the window seal. Not sanitary at all. I wish I had taken pics but I didn't. It's not what it used to be. It's old, dark & was warm inside. I am sure air conditioning struggled to keep up. Unfortunately I won't be back. This place was an amazing find! We were looking for good seafood and we found it.. Start with the Onion Straws or Crawfish tails.. Both come with a great homemade Cajun dipping sauce. If your meal comes with a salad, make sure you get the house dressing. Amazing! Most of our group ate fried catfish and shrimp. Everyone loved it with the homemade tartar and cocktail. I got the Catfish Atchafalaya ... Being from South Mississippi and eating Cajun food my entire life, this was the best I've ever had. I chose Blackened Catfish and it was perfect.. A nice gem in Hot Springs... the food was great, service was wonderful. King crab were on the little on the small side but it was filling with the potatoes and corn. They got a little behind in the kitchen and our waiter brought us a side salad to compensate for the delay. Never have I ever had such a terrible dining experience than I did tonight. After waiting 1 hour and 12 minutes to get our dinner it was lukewarm at best. Every table around us was experiencing the same problem too. The only saving grace of the evening was our waitress, Ashley. She was sweet, funny, and so super apologetic. One table asked to just cancel their order and their waiter actually said sure but you'll still have to pay for it. Um, seriously?!? All could have been redeemed if the manager had come around and apologized for the kitchen being short staffed, offered us a discount off our meal, or anything but he/she was no where to be seen. Pros: Seems like an authentic Cajun place. Fried shrimp was good. Grilled shrimp was delicious! Fried alligator was good. Bread pudding was delicious. Peanut butter pie was good. Cons: The fried alligator appetizer was TINY!!! It was about $2 worth of alligator for $10+. Not even enough for one person. The server was pretty forgetful and distracted but she was nice. The catfish wasn't the best. I would go back for the grilled shrimp and bread pudding but I definitely wouldn't recommend the alligator appetizer. read more

We had a large party, 16 total. We had a great fellowship and and the staff was wonderful. I personally had the crab cakes dinner which was good. The crab cake was made in house and was good. I was able to try the jumbo fried shrimp and it was delicious! I sampled the grilled talipa and it was also pretty tasty. Everyone in our party had a great time and enjoyed their dinner. For being in Hot Springs, AR, they have a nice take on Cajun food. Not authentic but still delicious. read more
