We hired cake Photo Booth for a wedding on November 9th. It was a terrible experience and ruined our wedding. During the event Randy one of the workers was drinking the whole time. After the event while working he crashed into the sister of the brides car and put a giant dent and just left leaving no note. The dent was giant so I don't understand how it would be possible not to feel it. After getting the security footage from the venue we saw Randy crash into our vehicle. It has now been almost a month and after asking me to commit insurance fraud and trying to make weird deals with me they still haven't resolved the matter. I like leaving good reviews but am not forced to inform other people on Yelp to consider another Photo Booth place. My wife who is an attorney now has to sue them for our time and the cost of the wedding and after party events since the sister of the pride was so distraught and could not enjoy them. We just booked Cake Photo Booth for our wedding last week in Oceanside and they did a fantastic job! We booked the open air booth with the faux grass back drop and it was perfect. The pricing was reasonable and the service was great. When booking them and coordinating via email months ahead of the wedding, they were always super responsive and answered any of my questions. They were also on time and the the photo booth attendant was super friendly. She did a great job handling our wild guests at the photo booth. We as the bride and groom also took lots of photos through the night and the attendant held onto our hard copies all night and, somehow, our photos made it home in a box at the end of the night. Finding a photo-booth was the last piece I needed to complete my wedding activities puzzle. I am happy I met Oksana, the owner of Cake Photo Booth, at the Del Mar Bridal Bazaar. The 10 x 10 x 10 white inflatable phototbooth was eye-catching and different. My guests loved it! Due to its size, everything is contained inside the inflatable photobooth When you stepped inside, it felt like you were entered into a brand new world where you were free to be sexy, nerdy, and funny in front of the camera. Logistically speaking, we got the biggest package (at a great discount, ~$850) which included 2 attendants for 5hrs, all props, setup, clean up, unlimited photos, GIFs, and a personalized wedding album. All the photos that were collected were printed twice, one copy for the guest and one copy for the guest book. The package also came with 50 acrylic picture frames. I ordered 100 additional photoframes off of Amazon for ~$40 and it turned out to be the perfect wedding favor. I highly recommend Cake Photobooth!!!!! read more

I hired Cake Photo Booth for my wedding. Yes, it's a big event with no room for error. I was referred to Oksana by my jeweler. Cake Photo Booth wasn't the cheapest of the vendors that I have looked, but you get what you pay for. They had no problem with me changing the set up from indoor to outdoor inside their white cube - thank you for being so accommodating. They also helped me design a layout that goes with the rest of my wedding theme (e.g. invitation, ceremony cards and menu). On the day of, I found out that their props are very good quality. They even help you switch props mid-way so that you could maximize your photos. At the end of the night, Oksana gave me a thumb drive with all the photos and the ones in printed layouts. Alternatively, my guests could also go online to their website and download the high quality images with the wedding password. Everything went seamlessly. My wife and I made a kind of last-minute decision to add a photo booth to our wedding day and had a fantastic experience. People were using the photo booth from the moment it opened till closing-I think for a few reasons. For starters, the props that they used were GOOD props--not your typical top-hat or simple mustache. We are talking giant horse masks, fists, endless signs, etc. Second, the two staff members were there the whole time to deal with any tech glitches, all with a smile on their face (seriously, they were so friendly). The set up process happened so fast we didn't even realize that they came. Finally, we like that the photos themselves allowed for just the right amount of customization options.
