Stopped by to buy some cannolis for my friend's birthday. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of cannolis, but my friend and everyone else celebrating loved them! Would definitely come back to try other goodies. They also just started selling donuts... limited options, but they looked yummy. I still need to try their cinnamon rolls too. Service was great... they kept their cool even though they were pretty busy!

This bakery will not disappoint you. I'm not an expert, but the cake is obviously top-notch. And, the customer service was immediate and friendly. It has the look of a bakery, because cakes abound. I sent a layout for a boys 3 year old birthday cake based on the party decorations. Cakes Amore knocked it out of the park!! The CUTEST EVER! And it was also one of the most DELICIOUS cakes I've ever had. 5 Stars for Cakes Amore!!!

I went in with a photo of something I liked for a 70th birthday celebration I was hosting. Keenan and team did an exceptional job and went beyond what I thought possible. The beauty of the cake and the cupcakes created a WOW ambiance and as I'm gluten free - the chocolate cake with caramel buttercream was a delight to the taste buds! Brought my kids here for some after school treats. At first I was skeptical of the freshness because there's such a large array of sweets to choose from, but luckily the things I bought tasted fresh. I ordered 4 cupcakes, a lemon square and some cute merengue cookies. The lemon bar tasted just like my land o lakes recipe I use and was amazing! I don't like cold/refrigerated cupcakes so I let them come up to room temperature at home. The cake was moist and flavorful , they could definitely use more icing. Great little place for ordering special event cakes or just satisfying your sweet tooth!

Had a carrot cake made for my husband and they went above and beyond. I said he loved disc golf and they created an insanely perfect disc on the icing. The cream cheese frosting was delicious and the cake was so moist. They even put little whopper candies on it. Couldn't have asked for a better cake. The staff is super friendly as well. We ordered a big 1/2 sheet cake for the Super Bowl, and they really delivered. Not only did it look great, but it tasted awesome and delicious. It was the kind of cake where after their first bite, everyone at the party almost dropped their fork and exclaimed "omg this cake is so good!".

My husbands 70th birthday was April 21. He wanted a simple carrot cake with 'no nuts'. That turned into an adventure. No big stores could remove the nuts() So we started searching on Yelp (our go to) for a bakery. So happy we did. We have lived in CO for four years now and never needed a bakery. THIS BAKERY IS !! We walked in. The smell.... DELICIOUS, clean, so many yummy delights to see. My heart was instantly happy. We felt right at home. One of their employees immediately assisted us with friendly service. Saying YES!! We are happy to make a Carrot Cake with NO NUTS!! When we picked his cake up, it was exactly what he wanted. Best part: Blowing out the candle's... slicing a piece of that delicious-ness and EVERYONE in our house enjoying that cake. It was so good we all had two slices (5) and sent leftovers over to our neighbors to enjoy. I also saw some delights that we are headed back for now. No more picking stuff up at the market. We will make the trip over to this bakery. read more

I needed a cake for my grandson's 18th birthday/graduation party (for 75 people) and the crew at Cakes Amore nailed it! We had very specific instructions and not only were they on board with our vision, they contributed their own ideas and this made even more special. AND the red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting was delicious. Highly recommend this place and the owners are sooo nice too. read more

Tommy was totally accommodating to what I wanted for my wife's 70th birthday cake. He made great suggestions, and prepared a beautiful and delicious double layer spice cake with cream cheese filling and frosting, and filigree stuff around the edges in two colours I'd suggested which he nailed! Cake design was spot on and they even transposed album covers from his favorite bands onto the cake. Their great idea! This was our first purchase, yet won't be our last. I called a few days In advance for a 6 years old birthday cake. I had 3 requests: chocolate, unicorns, and mermaids. They nailed it! Just ask the kiddos and parents who raves about it! If you're looking for something light years beyond a grocery store or big box store, bakery, I am confident Cake's Amore will over deliver. I still can't believe how delicious this cake is!! My husband wanted my birthday to be special, and he was skeptical about ordering a cake from a small local bakery in a strip mall location. I insisted because I drive by this place every day and really wanted to try more than their yummy cupcakes. He now says this is the best cake he's ever had, and I would have to agree. The cake is perfect in texture and not at all dry, and the icing is simply amazing. I know where we're going for all future cakes! read more

Been waiting to try their desserts and was not disappointed! I really wanted to order one of everything but I paced myself this time. I ordered 6 standard (no filling) cupcakes, which the nice young lady picked out for me - "whichever ones are the best" was my requirement :-) I've tasted the lemon which was delightful, the rest are coming to a bbq tomorrow. I also got a dozen of the rainbow sprinkle cookies and I'd probably chop off a limb if it meant I could eat these every day. Can't wait to go back. read more

Being a Pastry Chef as well, I am very very satisfied with my wedding cake. Delivery was very promt and the presentation was amazing!!!! We ordered a three tiered cake. Bottom layer was a delicious marble cake with chocolate mouse (whip), middle layer was red velvet. Very smooth and rich. The cream cheese was just right. Not to sweet from to much sugar and you could actually taste the smoothness in it. The top layer was a marble cake with a banana barvaian cream. All buttercream icing was smooth. Not one single whole in the icing with designing it. The piping details was very clean and very presentable. I wish I could share my wedding cake picture. One main reason why I decided to hire them for my wedding cake was not just the delicious flavors, but they Make your cake to servings. Then instead of freezing the top layer for your first anniversary, they make it fresh a year later. It hit close to home since that is what I do with wedding cakes I create for family and friends. I was talked out of creating my own wedding cake because as the bride, i was warned i will be very busy the week before my wedding. And honestly, I am happy I was talked out of my decision. I highly recommend this bakery. read more

We ordered a cake from Cake's Amore this week for our "gender reveal party" to announce to our family whether the bun in the oven was a boy or a girl. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about helping us order just the right size of cake for the # of people we were expecting. The cake was Beautiful! It was decorated so nicely, and from the outside, there was no hint as to what color the cake was inside. They did a professional job of keeping this a complete secret as requested! The cake was delicious! We got vanilla cake (dyed blue :) with chocolate butter cream. The cake was so moist and flavorful and the frosting was perfection! I usually scrape off frosting, typically finding it too sweet, but this was just right, I helped myself to a giant slice with all the frosting! We had a wonderful experience and would recommend this bakery to everyone! Very reasonable prices as well as great cake and amazing customer service! AMAZING! We ONLY get our birthday cakes from Cakes Amore! I have made the mistake of not ordering in time and setteled for a King Soopers or Costco cake and was so disappointed. These are so fresh and our guests always RAVE about how wonderful they are. They designs are alway on-point and exceed our expectations! I have come in here multiple times to get a cupcake or a brownie. I wish they sold milk because that's all I wanted after I ate there. It is locally owned and operated.
